We ship all orders through trusted and reliable courier services to ensure safe delivery. Due to the nature of health, wellness, and medicinal products, we follow strict quality and safety guidelines. We offer a 7-day return or refund policy from the date of delivery, applicable only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged during transit. There is a wrong product delivered (product mismatch with the order).Returns or refunds will not be applicable in cases of: Minor packaging or manufacturing variations. Normal wear and tear. Change of mind after purchase. Used, opened, or tampered products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
In case of a damaged or incorrect product, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing clear images or videos of the product for verification. Once the issue is verified and the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
