At YourFirstHealth, order cancellations are accepted only before the product has been shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled due to the nature of health and wellness products. Refunds are applicable only if the product received is damaged during transit or if an incorrect product is delivered. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund. Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images or videos for verification. Once the issue is verified and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
